Q: Can I get my orders shipped to multiple addresses?
A: We can ship the order only to a single address which was mentioned at the time of placing the order. To get product shipped to multiple addresses, you must place multiple orders.

Q: If at the time of delivery, the order is either tampered or visibly damaged, what should I do?
A: In such cases, please do not accept the delivery and notify Buyidu customer care by dropping an email from your registered email ID to care@buyidu.com, with the Tracking ID and Order details.
