A: Following are the conditions under which replacement will not be processed:
- Product has minor or miniscule differences in size, appearance, shades, variants, colors or sound quality.
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hrs. of receiving the Product.
- In case of Electronic Products, any damage caused due to Electrical Surge at the Customer’s end.
Q: After how many days from the date of delivery can I request for a replacement?
A: You can request for a replacement within 24 Hrs. from the date of delivery. This request should be sent with Product Details on our registered email ID care@buyidu.com
Q: What are the requisites to process a successful replacement?
A: Product must be sent back to us in same condition as it was delivered to you. The package box, MRP Tag, Accessories needs to be sent in as-is condition*.
Q: Will I be charged for picking up the Product to be Replaced?
A: No, we will not be charging you for getting the Product to be replaced, picked from the registered address which was mentioned at the time of order.
Q: Once the product to be replaced has been picked, what are the further steps?
A: The product will be checked against the original delivery summary and verified. Once it has been successfully verified, the replacement will be initiated to the original address as mentioned at the time of order.
