Cancellation Policy:

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you may cancel your order.

There are two conditions within Cancellation Policy:

  1. Product has been dispatched to the customer for delivery.
  2. Product has not been dispatched to the customer for delivery.

Q: In case the product is yet to be dispatched, Can I cancel the order?

A: We will process full refund in case we receive a cancellation email from the registered email ID to our email ID care@buyidu.com within 24 hrs. from placing the order.

Q: What is the timeframe within which the refund will be processed?

A: Amount will be refunded within 14 working days in original payment mode. Buyidu.com is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays.

Q: In case the product has been dispatched for delivery, Can I cancel the order?

A: Yes, we will process the cancellation request, upon receiving the cancellation email from the registered email ID to our email id care@buyidu.com

Q: Will there be any charges levied against the cancellation refund, after the product has been dispatched?

A: We will be charging standard re-stocking fees of 12.5% of order Value and refund the balance amount. Incase Customer opts for a gift voucher, we will not be charging any restocking fees.
